5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us at ismellgood@gaspardpremier.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and fragrance products are final sale, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email us within 5 days with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property
